The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Psalm 19:1

Today you are invited to consider the heavens. Look up. Whether it is light or dark, clear or cloudy, what do you see? The gift of daylight to live our lives, or the gift of darkness for rest? The gift of sunshine to colour the world with light; or the gift or clouds, promising or bringing rain to refresh the world and give us life? Do you see stars? Or the sun? Whatever you see, think about the gift it is to you today. Sunshine or rain, light or dark – what do you want to say to God about the work of his hands proclaimed by the heavens in your world today?
