May my cry come before You, Lord; give me understanding according to Your word. Psalm 119:169

Today you are invited to consider what you are crying before the Lord. Where do you need His help, guidance, comfort, love, provision? Where do you need understanding? Lift these things up to the Lord today. Take your time. Tell Him all about them. And then pause in silence and listen for His response. How does this time help you to cope with your current situation, whatever that may be, today?
