You are Invited

I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well. Psalm 139:14

Today you are invited to look at yourself. Hold out you hands in front of you. Bend the fingers, examine the nails, watch how the thumb moves in towards your palm. Flex a knee. Look at your toes and think about how they help you to balance when you walk. Consider your digestive system, your heart, your brain, blood vessels, nerves, muscles. What do you want to say to God about your body and how He has made you today? Even if it does not all work 100% there are bits of it that are perfect. How can you praise Him today because of how you are made?

May God bless you with His view of your body today and show you how much He loves you just as you are.
