Jesus said to the Pharisee who was surprised when Jesus did not wash before He ate:

Now then, you Pharisees clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside you are full of greed and wickedness. You foolish people! Did not the one who made the outside make the inside also? But now as for what is inside you – be generous to the poor and everything will be clean for you. Luke 11:39-41

A great deal of emphasis is put on sanitising, washing hands etc in these days of pandemic. Today you are invited to consider how ‘clean’ you are inside in the light of these words of Jesus. What do they say to you? How can you be clean inside as well as outside? What do you need to say to God to cleanse you fully, inside and out? Perhaps you need to confess something, or ask for forgiveness, or apologise to someone. Ask God, if you struggle with this issue, to show you the way forward.
