Jesus said

Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it. Luke 18:17

Today you are invited to consider your qualifications and expertise. Do you have a degree? A diploma? Have you got many years of service in a specific task to give you the authority to lead others? Are you a newcomer to whatever you are doing? Perhaps you are still at school. Maybe you are the principal of a school? Whatever your status in life how would you describe your position in the kingdom of God? Read this verse again. What is God saying to you about your faith and your relationship with Him? Do you need to make any changes? What are they? How will you make them? How does such change make you feel?
