Today you are invited to consider what this verse says to you.  How important to you are your material possessions?  What does your work mean to you?  What goals have you set that you are determined to achieve?  What legacy do you hope to leave behind you?  Who will know Jesus because of your life?  Who will have good family relationships because of the example you set?  What is most important for you to leave behind – a successful business, a loving family, a fine reputation, a group of believers or some other form of memorial?  None of these is necessarily right or wrong – but which is most important to you?  Is this what God wants from you?
