Then they were willing to take Him into the boat and immediately the boat reached the shore where they were heading. John 6:21

Today you are invited to consider what makes you willing to invite Jesus into your life. What areas are there where you are reluctant to invite Him to be part of? The disciples had struggled for hours on the lake, but once Jesus climbed into the boat ‘immediately’ they reached the shore. What shore are you aiming for? What could change for you if you invited Jesus into areas where you are struggling – perhaps with addiction, or anger, or fear, or broken relationships, or uncertain finances? How does involving Jesus in these issues make you feel? What do you want to say to Him today? And how does He respond?

I pray that God will bless you with smooth waters in an issue where there has been nothing but storms for you as you give them to Him today.
