The evening meal was in progress, and the devil had already prompted Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot, to betray Jesus. John 13:2

Today you are invited to consider how you resist temptation. What do you say to yourself when you are tempted to do something you know is not in line with God’s will for you? What is it that you find almost impossible to resist? Speak to Jesus today about such things. Ask Him to show you what it is that you do that goes against His plan for you – and then for the strength to turn your back on such activities and follow Him. How does it make you feel to live in accordance with His will for you?
