Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call Him Immanuel. Isaiah 7:14

Today you are invited to consider the fact that Jesus’ birth was prophesied and promised so long before the actual event took place. What does that mean to you? How does it affect your ability to accept the virgin birth? In a time when it is questioned, what would you say to someone who expresses doubts about it? If you have your own doubts, or have discussions with people who reject the idea, speak to Jesus about it and ask Him to give you the assurance and the confidence to be able to speak to others about it.
